All About Septic Services Inc. — Florida Master Septic Contractor License SM0111693
Effective Date: October 30, 2026
Thank you for choosing All About Septic Services Inc. We want working with us to be simple and clear. These Terms & Conditions explain how our services generally work so that expectations are understood up front. They are written to be fair to both customers and the Company.
These Terms are general in nature. Your signed estimate, proposal, work order, or service agreement contains the specific terms for your job. Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's legal responsibility for negligence, fraud, or violations of law, or any right the law gives you.
1.General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") describe the general terms under which All About Septic Services Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides septic, wastewater, and related services in the Florida counties we serve.
Customers agree to the applicable service terms when they approve an estimate, sign a proposal or work order, or otherwise enter into a service agreement with us. Using this website, browsing its pages, or contacting us through it does not, by itself, create a service contract or constitute acceptance of any service terms.
If these Terms conflict with a signed estimate, proposal, work order, or service agreement, the signed document controls for that job, except where the law requires otherwise.
2.Estimates and Pricing
An estimate covers only the work specifically described in it. Septic work often involves conditions that cannot be seen until work begins. Additional work, unexpected underground conditions, groundwater, damaged or deteriorated components, or other unforeseen circumstances may require additional charges.
- We will explain any additional work and its anticipated cost, and obtain your approval, before proceeding with work that changes the approved scope or price, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent injury, property damage, or a sanitary or environmental hazard, or where the law or a government agency requires it.
- Approved changes will be documented in a written or electronically recorded change order or other written confirmation where practical.
- Estimates are based on the information available to us at the time and may be subject to change as stated in the estimate.
3.Deposits and Payments
Payment requirements for each job, including whether a deposit is required, the amount of any deposit, accepted payment methods, and when payment is due, will be stated in the customer's estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. We do not require a deposit for every job.
- Deposits, where required, are applied toward the approved work as described in the agreement.
- Final payment is due as stated in the agreement or invoice upon completion of the approved work, subject to any rights you have under your agreement or Florida law.
- If a payment is returned or declined by a financial institution, we may charge a returned-payment fee only to the extent disclosed in your agreement and permitted by Florida law, including section 68.065, Florida Statutes, where applicable.
- If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can review it with you.
4.Late Payments and Collections
Overdue accounts may be subject to lawful late charges, collection costs, and other remedies, but only to the extent expressly authorized by the customer's agreement and permitted by Florida law and applicable federal law.
Any collection activity will be conducted in compliance with applicable law, including the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act and the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act where they apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection that the law gives you, including any right to dispute a charge.
5.Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, requests to cancel after a crew has been dispatched, inaccessible properties, and missed appointments can cost us scheduled time and resources.
- Any cancellation, rescheduling, trip, or no-access fee will apply only if it was disclosed to you before booking or in your signed agreement, and only to the extent permitted by law.
- If our crew arrives and cannot perform the work because the property is inaccessible, the work area is unsafe, or no one is available when access is needed, the work may need to be rescheduled and any disclosed fee may apply.
- Where a law gives you a right to cancel a particular contract (for example, certain home solicitation sales), that right is not limited by these Terms and will be explained in the contract documents where it applies.
6.Underground Utilities
Customers are responsible for telling us about private underground improvements they know of or reasonably should know of, including irrigation lines, electrical wiring, water lines, low-voltage and landscape lighting, gas lines, communication lines, and other buried items. Where possible, please mark them or provide plans or diagrams.
We will follow our legal obligations regarding utility location, including notifying the Florida 811 one-call system where required, and we will exercise reasonable care while working. Public utility locators generally do not mark private lines on your property, so your disclosure is important.
Nothing in this section relieves the Company of its legal duties or responsibility for damage caused by its negligence. Damage to undisclosed, unmarked, or unlocatable private improvements that could not reasonably have been avoided with reasonable care is not the Company's responsibility.
7.Pre-Existing Septic Conditions
Pumping, cleaning, inspection, and maintenance do not guarantee the future performance, condition, or lifespan of an existing septic system. Septic systems can be affected by age, soil conditions, groundwater, usage, prior installation or repair work, and other factors outside our control.
The Company is not responsible for failures, defects, or conditions that were present before our work or that are unrelated to the work we performed. Our responsibility is limited to the services actually performed and to the extent required by law and by the terms of the written agreement.
8.Septic Tank Pumping
Septic tank pumping removes accumulated waste from the tank. Pumping does not repair drainfield failures, deteriorated or cracked tanks, broken baffles, plumbing defects, or other underlying system problems.
If we observe a condition during pumping that may need attention, we may let you know. Our observations during pumping are not a full inspection or engineering evaluation unless the service agreement says so. A separate inspection can be arranged on request.
9.Drainfield Installation and Repairs
Drainfield installation and repair work depends on site conditions that may not be known until excavation. Unforeseen soil conditions, seasonal or high groundwater, unsuitable fill or compacted material, permitting requirements, and regulatory requirements may affect the design, scope, schedule, and cost of the work.
- If conditions or agency requirements make a design modification necessary, we will explain the change and its effect on price and schedule.
- Changes to the approved scope or price will be made only through an approved change order or other written confirmation, except in the limited circumstances described in the Estimates and Pricing section.
- Work is performed in accordance with applicable Florida Department of Health and other governing requirements and the permit issued for the job.
10.ATU and Lift Station Services
Aerobic treatment units (ATUs) and lift stations rely on mechanical and electrical components, including pumps, floats, blowers, control panels, alarms, and wiring. These components can wear out or fail, and their performance depends on proper operation and maintenance.
- Maintenance responsibilities: customers are responsible for keeping power supplied to the equipment, responding to alarms, and following the manufacturer's and regulator's operating and maintenance requirements, including any required maintenance agreement or inspection schedule.
- Our service covers only the items and tasks stated in the estimate or service agreement. Service visits do not guarantee that equipment will not fail between visits.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by power outages, lightning or surge damage, misuse, unapproved products or chemicals, lack of required maintenance, or conditions unrelated to our work.
- Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
11.Property Damage and Restoration
Excavation and heavy equipment access may disturb lawns, landscaping, irrigation, driveways, walkways, fencing, and other improvements. Some disturbance is a normal part of septic work.
Restoration is limited to what is stated in the approved scope of work. Unless the estimate or agreement says otherwise, restoration such as final grading is included only as described, and replacement of sod, plants, hardscape, or other improvements is not included. Please ask us before approving if you have questions about what restoration is covered.
This section does not limit the Company's responsibility for damage caused by its negligence or by a failure to use reasonable care.
12.Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete your work safely and efficiently, customers are asked to:
- Provide safe, clear, and timely access to the work area, including unlocking gates, securing pets, and moving vehicles or items that block access.
- Provide accurate information about the property, the septic system, prior work or repairs, and the property's boundaries and improvements.
- Disclose known hazards, including unstable ground, buried items, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or other conditions that may affect safety.
- Provide reasonable cooperation with our technicians, including making an authorized person available to approve changes when needed.
If safe access or conditions are not available, we may delay or decline to proceed until the issue is resolved.
13.Permits and Inspections
Permits, inspections, and approvals are issued and controlled by government agencies, such as the Florida Department of Health and local authorities, not by the Company. We can prepare and submit applications and coordinate inspections where this is part of the agreed scope, but we cannot control or guarantee agency processing times, inspection scheduling, requirements, or approval decisions.
Delays or denials by a government agency are not a breach by the Company. Fees charged by government agencies are separate from our fees unless the agreement states otherwise.
14.Workmanship Warranties
Whether any warranty applies to your job, its coverage, its duration, and its exclusions are determined by the written service agreement or warranty statement for that job. Not every service includes a warranty.
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any warranty or other protection that Florida law gives you and that cannot legally be waived, including statutory warranties that apply to certain construction work.
15.Emergency and After-Hours Services
We offer emergency service. Emergency, weekend, holiday, and after-hours services may carry additional charges. Any such charges will be disclosed to you before you authorize the service.
16.Photographs and Documentation
We may take reasonable photographs and videos of the jobsite, equipment, and system conditions for inspections, documentation, estimates, quality control, warranty, and dispute resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy, for example by avoiding people and unrelated private areas.
We will not use photographs or videos that identify you or your property in advertising or promotional materials without your separate authorization where the law requires it.
17.Website Information
Information on this website is general in nature and provided for convenience. Pricing, availability, service areas, and offers may change without notice. Website descriptions do not replace a written estimate, proposal, or contract, and website content is not professional engineering, legal, or regulatory advice.

20.Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms and any service agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdiction or venue requirements that the law applies.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern about a service or invoice so that we can work to resolve it promptly and fairly. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have to contact a government agency, such as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services or the Florida Department of Health, or to pursue remedies available to you under the law.
21.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply going forward from the effective date.
